Home Sweet Home

As my old pastor used to say, when God builds you a house, you are settled for life! Some people who have come across this blog, but who already owned their own houses, will never feel concerned about such issues or consider it with any sense of urgency. But for every individual who is already a homeowner, there thousands out there who are literally homeless and would do anything to have such an opportunity of home ownership.
The least favor you could do for such persons, therefore, is to refer them to this blog, where they can learn simple techniques to provide shelter for themselves at the least possible cost. People in need of homes can cut costs of home ownership by reducing the costs of any or all the components below:
1. Land Acquisition
2. Professional Services
3. Materials Production
4. Construction Labor

How can these be done?
Please join me on this blog next week. But don't forget, refer someone in need to this blog. They will be very grateful to you for life! You may also post your comments below. Thank you.

How To Build Your Own House Affordably

Affordable
Housing
: Do you know that it is possible to build your house
within your means and a reasonably short time?. It is pathetic to see what
many people go through to acquire their own houses. But it is even more
discouraging to observe the experiences of a homeless person, or a permanent
tenant. Even after getting their homes, most 'landlords' become slaves
to their own houses! What an irony! Now you can have your own home in
peace, and live your life in joy and freedom. How do you achieve this? [click
here for more]

Building your own house is probably the
second most important decision you would ever take in your life, the
absolutely most important being building your life itself. Interestingly,
the two decisions can be taken and actualized simultaneously.

Home building used to be enigmatic. I'm
talking about the actual brick upon brick stuff. But it does not have to
be that way any longer with the strategies and materials that are now
available. Building your own house with your own
efforts, to your own taste, has been so simplified that you too can do
it with little or no involvement of contractors and tradesmen. All you
need do is follow the easy instructions in our e-book "How To Build
Your Own House" and you will be moving on at a rate you never
imagined. This e-book, written and well illustrated by Ladi Oluwarore,
will guide you step by step through the stages of coming to a decision,
organizing, getting land, planning, preparing materials and actually
building the house. It also reveals the ways and means of getting funds
and other forms of support for people in need of affordable housing. For
these purposes the e-book is presented in 8 Modules, each of them
answering the most difficult questions for people aiming towards home
ownership by self help.
